With the linear park and walkway to Glenelg at your front door, this apartment is only a short stroll to Jetty Road; Glenelg's main street.

Extensively renovated in recent times it is a beautifully balanced blend of old and new. The sea is immediately visible across the open plan living room. The living room features polished hardwood floorboards, an open fireplace (not functional), wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD and CD player. A drop down theatre screen and ceiling mounted rear projector, complete with surround sound system with ceiling mounted speakers.

From here there are uninterrupted 180 degree views of the sea and coast line where you could watch the people walk, jog, push prams, bike ride, roller blade or kayak by?.or simply enjoy the sea breeze with morning coffee or a gin and tonic or a good glass of local wine while soaking in the sea views.
