The spacious open plan living area comprises a dinning area, bar and lounge with home entertainment system. The 6 seat chrome and glass dining table with red feature chairs overlooks the large lounge area fitted out with leather lounges and large digital LCD TV, DVD and home theatre.
The separate kitchen is well appointed, and features quality stainless steel European appliances (including gas cook top, electric oven, large refrigerator and microwave, stainless steel bench tops, high quality crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils...excellent for passionate cooks and lovers of food.
The front verandah overlooks the quiet tree lined Angas Street and the park lands, while the rear private courtyard is perfect for taking your morning coffee, or for enjoying a refreshing drink or leisurely evening meal.
The bathroom is stylishly and spacious, with quality fittings. The property also features laundry facilities with a front loading washing machine, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and broadband internet (additional cost).

Bed configuration
The house can accommodate between 2 and 4 people in luxury hotel beds, with an additional 2 people on a sofa bed. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom can be configured to accommodate either a queen or twin beds.

The cosmopolitan East End is only a short stroll away, which incorporates one of Adelaide’s most exciting fashion, restaurant, cafe and entertainment scenes.
Also located close by is Adelaide’s Rundle Mall, boasting a range of mainstream and boutique retail outlets. Running parallel to Rundle Mall is North Terrace, which is the address for the Botanical Gardens, Adelaide and South Australian Universities, Art Gallery, State Library, Government House and gardens, Parliament House, Casino, Festival Centre and the Adelaide Convention Centre.
