The kitchen/dining opens onto a private rear courtyard, perfect for enjoying breakfast alfresco, or for a refreshing evening drink or BBQ while enjoying the evening sea breeze.
The bathroom is modern, with quality stone, porcelain and chrome fittings. The separate lounge is furnished with an eclectic mix of modern leather lounges and antique furnishings. The house can accommodate between 2 and 7 people in quality beds (2 queen size beds and 3 single beds). An additional 2 people can be accommodated in a quality sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge is separate from the kitchen/dining so privacy is not a problem.
